Terms

The terms, in plain language

Last updated 25 July 2026.

Digital Footprint is operated by Dominik as a sole trader, trading as Digital Footprint (dfootprint.co.uk). These terms cover use of this website and the AI Prescription Assessment service. They're written the same way the rest of the site is written — plainly, and without hidden catches.

The AI Prescription Assessment

The Assessment is a paid, standalone diagnostic service. It is sold and delivered on its own terms — booking or paying for the Assessment does not commit you to any further work, build, or ongoing engagement. The current founding-client rate is £197, available to the first five businesses only; after those five are taken, the rate moves to the standard published range, and this won't be changed retroactively for clients who've already booked.

Payment

During this early phase, payment for the Assessment is arranged directly and invoiced individually — there is no automated online checkout on this website. Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before the Assessment begins.

What you get, and what's not guaranteed

You will receive a written Prescription Report and a debrief call, as described on the Assessment page. The report is yours to keep and use as you see fit, regardless of what it recommends. No specific outcome, saving, or result is promised in advance — the entire point of the Assessment is an honest answer, which may reasonably be "no action needed" or "this isn't the right fix." That outcome is a complete and successful result of the service, not a partial one.

Confidentiality

Anything shared about your business during the Assessment is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. If any anonymised, non-identifiable learnings are ever shared publicly (for example, in Resources articles), specific details will be altered or generalised so your business cannot reasonably be identified.

Liability

The Assessment is a professional opinion based on the information and access you provide, delivered with reasonable care and skill. It is not a guarantee of business outcomes, and Digital Footprint's liability is limited to fees actually paid for the Assessment, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, in the case of fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or postpone a booked Assessment, get in touch as early as possible — this is a solo operation, and reasonable notice makes it much easier to find a fair solution, including rescheduling or a refund where work hasn't yet started.

Website use

This website is provided for information about Digital Footprint's services. Its content shouldn't be copied or reused commercially without asking first. While reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate, it's a small, actively-maintained site and content may be updated as the business evolves.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask — via the Contact page or hello@dfootprint.co.uk, before booking rather than after.
