How It Works
Five honest steps. No jargon, no surprises.
-
You tell me what's going on.
A short questionnaire, in your own words โ typed, voice, whatever's easiest. This isn't a form to get right, it's just a starting point.
-
We talk properly.
A real conversation, usually with you and maybe one other person from the team, where I ask to see things as they actually happen, not just how they're described.
-
I go away and think.
No conclusions are offered on the day. I take the time to properly work through what was found before recommending anything.
-
You get a written answer.
A plain-language report covering everything we found โ what's worth fixing, what isn't, and why, in each case.
-
We talk it through.
A short call to go over the report together, answer questions, and make sure it actually makes sense to you, not just to me.
At no point does this quietly turn into a sales pitch for a specific tool. If the honest recommendation is to do nothing yet, that's exactly what the report will say.
